Returns & refunds

Returns
You can return your purchased item in 14 days after receiving it. We charge a fixed 15€ fee for returning and re-stocking the item. There will be no extra charges for exchanging the item to another, for example to a different size. However you are responsible for shipping the item to our warehouse.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Your refund will be processed as soon as possible, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within  21 days.
